How Babelbeez Works
Babelbeez lets you add a real‑time voice agent to your website.
The basics
- You create an agent in the dashboard.
- You teach it about your business (crawl your site, scrape a page, or upload a PDF).
- You choose a role and greeting so it sounds on‑brand.
- You preview it safely in the dashboard.
- You go live by adding a small code snippet (or using the WordPress plugin).
What visitors experience
- A round voice button appears on your site.
- They click it and allow the microphone.
- The agent greets them and starts a conversation.
- If the agent can’t help, visitors can ask for a person (human handoff).
What powers answers
- Knowledge Base: content you add (website pages, single pages, PDFs).
- Optional summary page and short manual instructions for quick context.
- Your role and greeting instructions to set tone and goals.
Your controls
- Voice and audio: pick a voice and adjust timing in Advanced Settings.
- Behavior: role, greeting, summary page, and simple instructions.
- Appearance: button colors and label.
- Allowed domains: choose which sites can use your agent.
- Analytics: see sessions, durations, and summaries on the Overview page.
Going live
