How Babelbeez Works

Babelbeez lets you add a real‑time voice agent to your website.

The basics

You create an agent in the dashboard.
You teach it about your business (crawl your site, scrape a page, or upload a PDF).
You choose a role and greeting so it sounds on‑brand.
You preview it safely in the dashboard.
You go live by adding a small code snippet (or using the WordPress plugin).

What visitors experience

A round voice button appears on your site.
They click it and allow the microphone.
The agent greets them and starts a conversation.
If the agent can’t help, visitors can ask for a person (human handoff).

What powers answers

Knowledge Base: content you add (website pages, single pages, PDFs).
Optional summary page and short manual instructions for quick context.
Your role and greeting instructions to set tone and goals.

Your controls

Voice and audio: pick a voice and adjust timing in Advanced Settings.
Behavior: role, greeting, summary page, and simple instructions.
Appearance: button colors and label.
Allowed domains: choose which sites can use your agent.
Analytics: see sessions, durations, and summaries on the Overview page.

Going live

Add your site in Configure Allowed Domains.
Choose your platform and copy the code.
Paste the code before </body> on the pages you want, or install the WordPress plugin.
Test on your live site.
