Analytics and Usage
See how people use your voice agent from the main dashboard.
Before you begin
- Open the Babelbeez dashboard in your browser.
Where to find it
- Click Overview in the left sidebar to return to the main starting section of the dashboard.
What you’ll see
A sessions table with these columns:
- Voice Agent — which agent the session belongs to.
- Start Time — when the session began.
- Duration — how long the session lasted.
- Summary — a brief description of the conversation.
Note: You don’t select agents here. The table already shows which agent each row is for in the Voice Agent column.
Tips
- Look for patterns (busy times, short sessions, or repeated topics in summaries).
- Use summaries to check if visitors are asking for information that isn’t in your Knowledge Base yet.
- If you see very short durations, test the agent in Live Preview to confirm audio and microphone access.
Troubleshooting
- I don’t see any sessions
- Make sure the agent is enabled in configuration and embedded on your site.
- Visit your site and start a quick test conversation, then return to Overview.
- Session durations look unusually short
- Check microphone permissions on your site and device. See Microphone access.
- Summaries don’t match what I expect
- Ensure your Knowledge Base is up to date (finish crawls and upload recent PDFs).
- Review your Agent behavior greeting and instructions for clarity.
Next steps
- Keep your agent informed by adding sources in Scrape a single page or Crawl your website.
- If you’re close to limits, review Plans and minute packages.
