Install the Babelbeez voice agent on your WordPress site without editing code.
Before you begin
- You can log into your WordPress admin (wp-admin).
- Your site is added in Configure allowed domains.
What this does
The plugin adds the Babelbeez voice agent to your WordPress site through a simple setup. No copy‑paste of HTML is needed.
Steps
Install the plugin
- In WordPress, go to Plugins › Add New.
- Search for Babelbeez Voice AI.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
Connect the plugin
- Open Babelbeez Voice AI in your WordPress admin menu.
- Follow the on‑screen steps to connect your site to your Babelbeez account (for example, pasting an API key or signing in).
- When connected, you’ll see a confirmation.
Place the agent on your site
- The plugin adds the voice agent globally by default, or provides a block/shortcode/widget (depending on plugin version).
- Visit the page to confirm you see the voice button.
What you should see
- A round voice button appears on your site pages.
- Clicking it opens the agent, which greets you and starts a conversation (after microphone permission).
Tips
- Want it on all pages? Use the plugin’s global option (if available) or add the block to a template (for block themes).
- Using a caching or performance plugin? Purge/clear cache after activation so visitors get the latest changes.
- Staging vs production: connect the correct site and ensure both domains are listed in Configure allowed domains if you test in two environments.
