Customer Portal
Manage your subscription, invoices, and payment details.
Before you begin
- Open the Babelbeez dashboard in your browser.
- Have your payment method handy if you plan to change plans or buy minutes.
What you can do
- View and download invoices.
- Update payment method and billing details.
- Change plans (upgrade now, schedule a downgrade).
- Buy add‑on minute packages.
Steps
- Open the account menu in the Babelbeez dashboard.
- Click Customer Portal.
- In the portal, choose what you want to manage:
- Subscription plan
- Add‑on minute packages
- Invoices and billing details
- Payment method
What you should see
- Your current plan, next billing date, and any scheduled change.
- A list of past invoices with links to download.
Tips
- If you expect a traffic surge, upgrade your plan or buy add‑on minutes ahead of time.
- Keep billing email and payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.
Troubleshooting
- I can’t access the portal
- Make sure you are logged in to the Babelbeez dashboard and try again from the account menu.
- I don’t see my latest invoice
- Refresh the portal page and check again; new invoices can take a moment to appear.
- My plan change didn’t apply
- Confirm the change in the portal, then refresh the dashboard. If it still looks wrong, re‑open the portal to verify the plan status.
