Delete Your Account

Remove your Babelbeez account and data.

Before you begin

• Make sure you don’t need your agents, usage history, or billing records.
• If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the Customer Portal.

What this does

Deletes your account and removes access to your agents and the dashboard. Billing access is also removed after the current period ends.

Steps

1. Open the Babelbeez dashboard.
2. Go to your account/profile area.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

What you should see

• A confirmation that your account has been scheduled for deletion.
• You will be signed out and lose access to the dashboard.

Tips

• Download any invoices first from the Customer Portal.
• Remove the embed code from your website so the voice button no longer appears.

Troubleshooting

• I can’t delete my account
  • Cancel any active subscription in the Customer Portal and try again.
• I still see the button on my site
  • Remove the embed snippet from your site or deactivate the WordPress plugin.

Next steps

• If you change your mind and still have access, cancel the deletion before it completes (if available). Otherwise, you can create a new account later.
