Plans and Minute Packages

Choose a plan and add extra minutes when you need them.

Before you begin

• Open the Babelbeez dashboard in your browser.
• Have a payment method ready if you plan to upgrade or buy add‑on minutes.

What this includes

• Subscription plan: a monthly bundle of minutes and features.
• Add‑on minute packages: one‑time purchases that increase your balance.

How minutes work

• You have two balances:
  • Base minutes — included with your plan each month.
  • Add‑on minutes — extra minutes you buy as needed.
• Minutes are used in this order:
  1. Base minutes first
  2. Add‑on minutes after base runs out
• If you cancel your subscription, your current plan remains until the end of the period.

View or change your plan

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Go to the billing area from your account menu (Customer Portal).
3. See your current plan, price, and next billing date.
4. Choose a new plan to upgrade or schedule a downgrade.

Buy add‑on minutes

1. Open the billing area (Customer Portal).
2. Choose an add‑on minute package.
3. Complete checkout.
4. Minutes are added to your balance right away.

Low‑minutes warning

• We’ll email you when your balance is low so you can top up before service is affected.

Tips

• Expecting a short‑term spike? Buy add‑on minutes.
• Growing every month? Consider upgrading your plan.
• Keep your email up to date to receive usage alerts.

Troubleshooting

• I can’t see my invoices
  • Open the billing area (Customer Portal) to view and download invoices.
• I upgraded but minutes didn’t change
  • Refresh the dashboard. If still not updated, check the Customer Portal status or try again in a minute.
• I scheduled a downgrade but want to cancel it
  • In the Customer Portal, cancel the scheduled change so your current plan stays active.
