Minute Usage Explained

Understand how your minutes are counted and used.

Before you begin

• Open the Babelbeez dashboard in your browser.

Two types of minutes

• Base minutes
  • Included with your monthly plan.
• Add‑on minutes
  • One‑time purchases to boost your balance when you need more.

How minutes are used

1. Your agent uses base minutes first.
2. When base minutes run out, your agent uses add‑on minutes.
3. If both are exhausted, the agent may stop responding until you add more minutes or your plan renews.

Where to see your balance

• Check the balance shown in your dashboard (and watch for low‑minutes emails).
• You can also review plan details in the Customer Portal.

Tips

• Expecting a short spike? Buy add‑on minutes.
• Seeing steady growth? Consider upgrading your plan.
• Keep your email current so you receive Low‑minutes emails.

Troubleshooting

• My agent stopped responding
  • You may be out of minutes. Buy add‑on minutes or upgrade your plan.
• I added minutes but don’t see the change
  • Refresh the dashboard. If still missing, re‑open the Customer Portal to confirm the purchase.
