Before you begin

• Open the Babelbeez dashboard in your browser.

What this does

We watch your usage and send an email when your remaining minutes are getting low. This helps you avoid interruptions for your visitors.

How it works

• We track your base minutes and any add‑on minutes.
• When your balance reaches a low threshold, we send a warning email to your account email.
• You can buy add‑on minutes or upgrade your plan to increase your balance.

What you’ll see

• An email with the subject like “You’re running low on minutes.”
• A quick summary of your balance and a link to manage your plan.

Tips

• If your traffic is growing, consider add‑on minutes for short‑term spikes.
• For steady growth, upgrading your plan may be more cost‑effective.
• Keep your account email up to date so you don’t miss alerts.

Troubleshooting

• I didn’t get the email
  • Check your spam folder and add our address to your allow list.
  • Make sure your profile email is correct.
• My agent stopped responding on the website
  • You may have used all minutes. Visit Plans and minute packages to add more.
