Agent Not Showing on Site

Fix issues where the voice button doesn’t appear on your pages.

What’s happening

The embed code might be missing or in the wrong place, the site may not be allowed, caching may hide changes, or the agent is disabled.

Quick checks

  • You added your site in Configure allowed domains.
  • You pasted the embed code before the closing </body> tag on the page(s).
  • Your site is using https://
  • The agent is enabled in Configure Voice Agent.

Steps

  1. Verify allowed domains

    • Open Go Live › Configure allowed domains and make sure your site’s domain is listed.
    • If you use staging and production, add both.
  2. Check the embed location

  3. Clear caches and refresh

    • Clear your site/CDN cache.
    • Hard refresh the page (Shift + Refresh).
  4. Confirm the agent is enabled

    • Open Configure Voice Agent and make sure “Voice Agent Enabled” is turned on.
    • Click the main Save button.
  5. Test in Live Preview

    • Open Live Preview.
    • If it works here, the issue is likely with the embed or domain settings.

Tips

  • If your site supports both www.example.com and example.com, add the specific one you use (you can add both).
  • Some themes or builders delay scripts. Try pasting the embed in the page template/footer.
  • Check your browser console for script errors.

Troubleshooting

  • Still no button after all checks
    • Temporarily disable ad/cookie blockers and try again.
    • Make sure no Content Security Policy (CSP) is blocking the embed script.
  • Works on some pages but not others
    • Ensure those pages also include the embed snippet.
    • If the agent should be global, add the code to your global footer template.
